The customer sends the plate. The agent already knows what fits.
Victoria AI is an AI agent for dealerships, agencies and parts stores: it identifies the vehicle by licence plate, by VIN or by asking for make, model, version and year, and on top of that identification it finds the compatible parts, tells the customer what their trade-in is worth and answers about savings plans and financing lines. It works on the catalogs your business has connected, not on what the model assumes, and it logs every enquiry in the CRM with the vehicle, the owner and the next step.
It is the same Victoria sales agent, with the automotive functions switched on.
Every enquiry starts with the same question.
"Which car are we talking about?" Until that is settled there is no price, no compatibility and no quote. And today it gets settled by hand, one enquiry at a time.
The car first. The price after.
The agent does not search by free text. It resolves the vehicle down to the exact version — make, model, version and year — and only then queries the catalog. If your business has a catalog connected that resolves plates or VINs, the customer just types one.
Four questions of the trade, answered with nobody there.
With the vehicle already identified, the agent queries the connected catalogs and answers with the actual figure, not with a promise that someone will call back.
The part is the beginning, not the end.
Once the vehicle is identified, the journey is the same as any Victoria sale: a quote with your own prices, close, payment and the order logged.
Every enquiry leaves a lead with the car inside.
The identified vehicle, the part that was quoted and the next step do not stay in the head of whoever answered: they stay in the CRM, with an owner and a date. When the customer writes again, whoever picks it up already knows which car it is.
What the agent executes and what a person signs.
In this trade the difference matters more than in others: a part gets resolved end to end by chat, a car and a plan do not.
What this page will not promise you.
The automotive functions exist and are in production, but they do not run on their own or out of thin air. These are the conditions, written down before you ask.
What people always ask us.
Can it identify the car from the plate alone?
Yes, when the catalog you have connected resolves the plate or the VIN. If it does not, the agent gets to the same vehicle by asking for make, model, version and year, and disambiguates when that model and that year come in more than one version.
Where does it get compatibility data from?
From the parts catalog your business has connected, not from the language model. If a part is not listed there as compatible, the agent does not offer it: it says it cannot find it and shows what is actually loaded.
Does the AI decide what the trade-in is worth?
No. The agent looks the trade-in value up in the valuation catalog using the data the customer states — make, model, year and version — and reports it as a reference. The actual condition of the vehicle is checked by a person before anything is closed.
Does it answer about savings plans?
Yes. It answers about the plans currently on offer and the financing lines available with the terms exactly as they are loaded, and it sends the sheets and files the company has published. Signing up and the paperwork are handled by the team.
Is it for a workshop or a quick-lube shop, or only for a dealership?
It works for all three. What changes is which functions are switched on: a workshop or a parts store uses vehicle identification, compatible parts and service appointments; a dealership adds the trade-in valuation and the plans.
What if I have several branches?
The agent checks availability branch by branch and says so in the answer, instead of a "yes, we have it" that does not hold up later. Victoria works with large, multi-site catalogs on top of the management system you already use.
What happens when the customer wants to talk to a person?
The agent assigns the chat to someone on the team with the context already written down: which vehicle it is, what was asked and what was quoted. The salesperson opens the conversation knowing what it is about and the customer repeats nothing.
The rest of the journey, already written.
Bring your catalog and we test it on that.
With your parts catalog, your price list and the system you already use we put the proposal together: which automotive functions get switched on and what has to be connected first.
