We automate sales, administration, purchasing, collections and after-sales with agents that execute.

This is not a bot that replies. It is a system that queries your ERP, decides within your rules and executes the action — leaving a record of everything it did.

What is Victoria AI?

What has already been published about Victoria.

A question comes in, an action goes out.

Every question travels the same route: the customer is identified, your systems are queried, the decision is made against your rules and the action is executed. Everything is recorded and auditable.

Pick the area you want to automate.

Every area has its own agent, its own rules and its own integration. They are bought separately and they work better together.

You define how far the agent goes.

Autonomy is configurable per area: what it resolves on its own, what needs a person to approve it and what is handed off directly. Every change is recorded with who made it and when.

Victoria CRM, the CRM 100% automated with AI.

It is not a CRM with AI bolted on: AI is the engine. It is in every action, down to the smallest ones — it loads the lead, classifies it, moves the stage, builds the quote, schedules the follow-up and writes the note. There is no form waiting for someone to fill it in.

It connects to what you already use.

We do not ask you to change your ERP. The scope of each integration depends on what the system allows: we map it before starting and we tell you what is left out.

From the first meeting to production.

From two weeks on. The real timeframe depends on the scope, on the integrations needed and on how available the information is on your side — some projects take months and we say so before starting.

Who chooses us and who talks about it.

Clients, partner network and press. Everything is managed from the panel — the logos and the articles are updated without touching the site.

It started with a client who could not keep up on WhatsApp.

Matías Bonfigli founded Victoria AI in 2022 to solve a concrete problem: a company with hundreds of enquiries a day and a team that could not keep up. What started as automated support ended up being the automation of entire areas — sales, administration, purchasing, collections and after-sales — for companies in very different industries.
