From your system to automated operations.
Seven stages, between one and three weeks. We connect Victoria to your system, train the agents on your information and keep adjusting after handover.
7 stages · 1 to 3 weeks · ongoing support
Four moves, always in the same order.
What changes from project to project is the scope, not the method. Every implementation repeats this sequence.
The whole process, with its duration in plain view.
From the first meeting to final handover. The total depends on the complexity of the business and on the information available.
What we need from your side.
The implementation moves at the speed of the information we receive. These four things are what speed it up.
Each part of the process, explained separately.
What people ask before starting.
How long does the implementation take?
Between 1 and 3 weeks. The longest stage is training the AI, at 3 to 7 business days. The total depends on the complexity of the business and on how complete the information arrives.
Do I have to change the system I use today?
No. Victoria connects to the ERP, POS or e-commerce platform you already use. There is no migration and no parallel system.
And if my system is not integrated yet?
We develop the connector as part of the onboarding fee. It can be built by your team, by the vendor of your system or by us, depending on who has the documentation.
Who trains the agent?
The Victoria AI team, with the information you load in the stage 3 form and with what we defined in the discovery meeting. You do not have to write answers or program anything.
What happens if the agent answers something wrong?
That is what the beta stage is for: you use the agent like a real customer and note down every answer to correct. Those adjustments are applied before final handover, and they keep being applied afterwards.
What happens after handover?
The support continues: technical support, adjustments to the agent as your business changes, platform updates at no extra cost and a direct channel to the team.
How is it quoted?
The service has a one-time onboarding fee and a monthly subscription that adjusts to the actual volume of operations. We define the plan after understanding your operation, not before.
What can be automated with this method.
Let us start with the discovery meeting.
In a 30-minute meeting we define what gets automated, which systems it connects to and how long until it is running.
