One AI agent, every channel your customers write to.

Victoria AI connects AI agents to WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, your website chat, email and the phone. Conversations are centralised in Victoria CRM and wired to your management system: the agent answers with your price and your stock, executes whatever the case calls for and leaves the transaction filed where your team works.

Official WhatsApp Business API · Victoria AI is a Meta Business Partner, a Meta Tech Provider and a TikTok Business Partner.

What an omnichannel AI agent actually is.

Where the agent answers, channel by channel.

These have a page of their own, with the detail of what the agent does inside them, the platform rules and what stays out.

What the agent does on any channel.

Six operations that do not depend on where the message came in: they depend on the agent being wired to your CRM and your management system.

From the message to the executed action.

The path is the same on every channel. The only things that change are where the message comes in and which formats it can be answered with.

A bot per channel is not an agent wired to your systems.

This is not a comparison between vendors: they are two ways of solving the same problem. One answers the channel; the other answers the customer.

When the agent stops replying and a person steps in.

Handover is not an exception somebody has to watch for: it is part of how the agent is configured during implementation.

What it does not do the same way on every channel.

Some of these are platform rules and some are limits of ours. Both are worth knowing before choosing where to start.

Which channels does the agent handle?

WhatsApp on Meta’s official API, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, TikTok, Telegram, the website chat, WebConnect, email, SMS and phone calls. WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok and calls have a page of their own with the detail of what the agent does inside them.

Is it the same agent on every channel?

Yes. The same training, the same catalog and the same rules handle every channel at the same time, and the history stays unified per customer. What changes from one channel to the next are the formats and the rules each platform imposes.

What happens if the same customer writes on two channels?

They are one lead. Messages from all their channels land on the same record and the same history, so the rep sees the full conversation instead of the slice from their channel. That unified thread is what gets worked in the Victoria CRM omnichannel inbox.

Can I connect one channel now and add others later?

Yes. Discovery defines which channel the implementation starts with. The integration with your systems is done once and every channel uses it: adding another one later does not redo it.

Do I need an official account on every channel?

Yes, and they are your company’s accounts: the connection is made during implementation with their credentials and their permissions. On WhatsApp that means the WhatsApp Business API, Meta’s official platform, and Victoria AI is a Meta Tech Provider.

Does the agent answer the phone too?

Yes. An inbound call rings the lead owner first and the agent takes it if nobody does; it also places outbound calls. Every call is filed in the CRM with its duration, its summary and its transcript.

Is this a chatbot with a menu of options?

No. A chatbot replies with text written in advance and a menu of buttons. The agent queries the systems where the data lives and executes whatever the case calls for: it quotes, charges, books, files the order and hands over to a person when the case needs one.
