Seven stages, from the first meeting to live operation.

Between one and three weeks, with owners and timelines defined at every stage. You know what we do, what your team does and when it is up and running.

Stage 1 is a discovery meeting of 1 to 2 hours, at no cost.

What happens in each stage and how long it takes.

The process is always the same. What changes is the scope we define in the first meeting.

Who does what, in one table.

The summary of the 7 stages, to share internally with your team.

What the onboarding fee covers.

It is a one-time payment that starts the implementation and covers the technical effort of configuration and training.

How it is quoted.

Questions about timelines, scope and terms.

What decides whether it is 1 or 3 weeks?

Two things: the complexity of the business and how quickly the information from the form arrives. With the catalog and the process in order, the project lands at the bottom of the range.

Can I start with one area and add others later?

Yes. It is implemented one area at a time or several together. Adding a new area later reopens the process from discovery, with the scope of that area.

What happens if in the beta the agent answers something I do not like?

That is exactly what we expect you to find. Every answer you note down is corrected in stage 6, before final handover.

Who can touch the agent after handover?

Your team gets the full admin panel, with permissions by user and by department. Deep training changes are made by us.

Is the onboarding fee refunded if we do not continue?

Once the process has started, no. The fee reserves engineering hours and starts the configuration of the account. Before paying it you have the proposal with the full scope in writing.

What happens if my system has no integration available?

The connector is developed within the onboarding fee. It can be built by your team, by the vendor of your system or by us, depending on who has the API documentation.

Do I need a technical person on my side?

Not for the process, yes for the access. Someone has to be able to enable the WhatsApp number, the social accounts and the integration user for the management system.

The other three parts of the process.

Stage 1 is a meeting.

An hour to understand your operation and define what gets automated, what it connects to and in what order. The proposal with the scope comes out of that.
