Your email campaigns, from the same CRM.
You choose who, write the email and Victoria sends it. Then you see who received it, who opened it and who clicked a link, without leaving the system where your customers already are.

Sample data.
From the list to the email sent, in four steps.
You set it up in Broadcasts, the same place where bulk WhatsApp messages are sent.
- 01
You choose who
Your CRM contacts, filtered by tags, stages and other data, or picked one by one.
- 02
You write the email
Right there, with a visual editor, or using a saved template. You can add each contact’s name and send yourself a test first.
- 03
You choose where it’s sent from
Your domain, your Brevo account or your company mailbox.
- 04
You follow how it goes
How many went out, how many are left, when it finishes and what each contact did with the email.
What you write is saved as an email template for the next campaign.
Three ways to send, depending on how many.
Each company uses its own: its domain, its account or its mailbox. Nobody sends under someone else’s name.
Your domain
For example, news@yourcompany.com.
- Thousands per day — built for bulk sending
- Full tracking — received, opened, clicks, bounces and spam
- Set up once — by copying a few records where you manage your domain
Your Brevo account
You send from Victoria with your account and your plan.
- Linked with a key — copy it from Brevo and paste it in Victoria
- Same tracking — received, opened, clicks, bounces and spam
- Your plan, your sends — Brevo bills you, as always
Your mailbox
Gmail, Outlook, Hostinger or another.
- Nothing to set up — it uses the mailbox you already connected
- Respects its daily limit — if it doesn’t fit in one day, it continues the next
- No tracking — you know it went out, not whether it was opened
You choose it in each campaign, under “Sent from”.
You know what happened with every email.
In the campaign detail, live and contact by contact.
Progress
How many went out, how many are queued and when it finishes.
Received
The recipient’s server accepted it.
Opens and clicks
Who opened it and who clicked a link. Opens are approximate: some email apps don’t report them accurately.
Bounces
The address doesn’t exist or the mailbox is full. Non-existent ones are unsubscribed automatically.
Marked as spam
Whoever clicked “Report spam” stops receiving your marketing emails.
Unsubscribes
Whoever used the unsubscribe link doesn’t receive any more.
With your domain or your Brevo account. With the mailbox you see what went out, without opens or clicks.
Sends at a healthy pace so your emails keep arriving.
Sending too much at once is the fastest way to get your mailbox blocked or end up in spam. Victoria handles it for you.
Respects your provider’s limit
Gmail, Outlook or Hostinger allow a number of emails per day. Victoria uses a bit less, to leave room for your everyday email.
Splits it over days and tells you
If the list doesn’t fit in one day, the campaign continues on its own the next day. Before sending you already know how many days it takes and when it ends.
Starts slowly
A mailbox that never sent in volume starts with a few emails a day and ramps up. If yours already sends, you can turn it off.
Unsubscribe link in every email
Whoever doesn’t want more, gets no more. Without anyone having to remember.
Stops itself if something is wrong
If a campaign bounces a lot or gets marked as spam, it pauses and tells you why.
Only to people who gave you their email
Send to your customers and contacts, never to bought lists: that’s what protects your reputation and your domain.
Before sending your first campaign.
What goes along with email.
Send your next campaign from Victoria.
In the demo we build a sample campaign with your contacts and see which sending option suits you.
Only to contacts who gave you their email. Every email carries its unsubscribe link.
