Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Be responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

Victoria AI shall not be liable for unauthorized access arising from the improper use of your credentials.

Acceptable use

You undertake NOT to use the Services for:

Illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
Generating or disseminating content that is offensive, discriminatory, violent or that infringes the rights of third parties.
Attempting to access, interfere with or damage systems, servers or networks.
Using the Services to train competing AI models without express authorization.

Victoria AI may suspend or cancel access in the event of any improper use.

AI-generated content

The content generated by Victoria AI:

Is provided "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or suitability.
May contain errors, omissions or information that is not up to date.
Does not replace professional advice (legal, medical, financial or otherwise).

The user is solely responsible for the use they make of such content.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights over the site, software, design, trademarks, logos and technology belong to Victoria AI or to its licensors.

Use of the Services grants no intellectual property right, except the limited right of use in accordance with these Terms.

Plans, payments and billing (if applicable)

Some Services may be subject to payment. In such cases:

Prices and conditions will be shown before the purchase.
Payments are non-refundable, unless the law provides otherwise.
Victoria AI may modify prices or plans with reasonable prior notice.

Suspension and termination

The user may cancel their account at any time, in accordance with the available procedures.

Limitation of liability

Victoria AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages.
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
The total liability of Victoria AI shall not exceed, where applicable, the amount actually paid by the user in the last 12 months.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

Victoria AI may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and do not assume responsibility for such content or practices.
